Ceramic Coasters, Sgraffito Style! | March 15th 10am-12:30 pm

Build your own set of intricately carved ceramic coasters!

In this workshop, pottery artist Karen Eckberg will provide you with step-by-step instructions to explore the pottery technique of sgraffito, which is the art of scratching through the surface layer of clay to reveal the base layer. You will build four coasters using basic pottery tools, and a slip glaze to add that pop of color! 

Your ticket includes all the materials you will need, as well as light refreshments, and the option to purchase your own set of pottery tools to take home. Any pieces made during the workshop are yours to keep after undergoing the firing process.

$45 a person | optional add-ons: tool kit rental or purchase your own
