Explore a "different way of seeing" through drawing! We will begin with specific techniques attributed to respected author/artist/educator, Betty Edwards. A review and engagement of the art elements and principles will guide our learning. Self-expression comes more easily when frustrations are reduced. The act of drawing itself, can promote mindfulness and reduce stress.
