Sandi Van Sistine director Sandi Van Sistine is the founder of the ARTgarage and now also serves at the director. She continues to volunteer and teach art classes at the ARTgarage. She is an advisor to the Cedar Center Arts, Inc. board and wants to help raise the level of arts participation and awareness in the area. Sandi is an oil painter and she also does pencil and ink drawings. Kim Pigeon-Metzner gallery manager Kim Pigeon-Metzner grew up and attended grade/high school in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She graduated with a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 1992. Her degree was in Communication and the arts with an emphasis in environmental design. From 1993-1996, she worked for Badger exhibit group as a trade show exhibit designer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. From 1997-2001, she worked as a museum/trade show exhibit designer for Derse Exhibits also located in Milwaukee. She then became a stay at home mother for her two children now aged 3 1/2 and 7. She has been with the ARTgarage as a part-time gallery manager since May of 2006.
